Microsoft is excited to announce the ‘Give Me 5’ Promotion for Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics SL. Under the terms of this offer, Microsoft is making special pricing available to resellers. New customers may be able to license from their resellers an initial Foundation Pack, including the first user, plus four (4) additional users, for the Suggested Retail Price (SRP) of USD3,000 in the United States
Eligibility
- Offer is valid only for Microsoft Dynamics GP, or Microsoft Dynamics SL.
- Offer is valid for both Business Essentials and Advanced Management editions of the product.
- Offer applies to new Microsoft Dynamics customers only. A new customer is a customer that has not previously licensed any version of Microsoft Dynamics AX, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV or Microsoft Dynamics SL.
- One year of BREP required.
- Offer available to participating resellers from October 3rd, 2011 and available until close of business day on June 22nd, 2012.
Exclusions
Offer does not apply to:
- Microsoft Dynamics Light Users, Microsoft Dynamics Employee Self-Service users, Limited and Point of Sale (POS) Device client access licenses (CALs), and the External Connector.
- Microsoft SQL Server Runtime Edition and Database licenses.
- Microsoft SharePoint Runtime Edition.
- A la carte functionality modules.
- Granules or modules connecting to third-party (independent software vendor [ISV]) software and functionality.
- Purchases using the Services Provider License Agreement or any volume licensing program
- Microsoft Dynamics CRM and CRM-related services or components.

- Offer not valid in Russia, Japan and China.
