IES GoToAssist is a totally secure access tool for providing remote
software support.
Please note that our consultants do not stay logged on to GoToAssist
continuously.Please schedule a time for the log-in to take place with the
IES support team.When instructed by your
support consultant select the
support consultant number he/she gives you from the drop down
menu below.
Follow the prompts that will appear on screen. If necessary, speak to
your consultant who can take you through the process step by step.
You must be on the phone with an IES support consultant for he/she to allow you to log on. If you have not yet logged a call or are not speaking to a consultant, please call the support team at 954-888-9223.
