- IES Assist is a totally secure access tool for providing remote software support.
- Please note that our consultants do not stay logged on to Assist all the time. Please arrange a time with support at IES for the log-in to take place. When instructed by your support consultant, select the support consultant number they give you from the drop down menu below.
- Follow the prompts that will appear on screen If necessary, speak to your consultant who will take you through the process step by step.
