Certified Partner for Learning Solutions (CPLS)
IES is a Certified Partner for Learning Solutions (CPLS) for Microsoft’s award-winning business management solutions, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Through Microsoft Dynamics Training, a customer and partner training program, Microsoft has authorized and contracted with partners in key business markets to deliver Microsoft Dynamics Training programs. IES will deliver high-quality training to Microsoft customers needing education on Microsoft Dynamics solutions.
To gain a Certified Partner for Learning Solutions (CPLS) certification, a partner organization must have Microsoft Certified Trainers (MCT) on staff and maintain high level of code of conducts that ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
As your local Certified Partner for Learning Solutions (CPLS), IES will make it easy for you to develop the skills you need to become productive as quickly as possible and to use the software to its fullest potential.

Classroom Style
IES conducts Microsoft-approved classroom style training from its Weston (Fort Lauderdale), Florida office. Please see our schedule or contact us for schedules and pricing.
On-site Training and Consulting
IES provides on-site training for Microsoft Dynamics GP, Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Microsoft Dynamics CRM. A training consultant will carry out the required training at the client’s site. Charges are per day. Training can follow the format of classroom training or can be consultative based on the client’s specific requirements.
Prior to the session, IES will discuss the client’s concerns, issues and requirements and work with the client to deliver the required training. It is common for new employees to require specialized and operational training.
On-site training is available regardless of whether IES performs the initial implementation. On-site training and consultancy can prove to be very economical compared with classroom courses and enables the consultant to concentrate solely on one client and their specific requirements. We recommend no more than eight employees attend a session to enable the client to achieve the most benefit. On-site training and consultancy is a very cost effective way to train a number of employees on their own system.
