So what's different about the new Dynamics CRM?
According to a blog piece about the new program by Bob Stoltz, the new upgrade focuses on taking the program to the next level in five areas: Productivity, Social, Mobility, Analytics, and Knowledge.
Here are a few key changes you'll be seeing if your business makes the upgrade:
- The program will be more integrated with Office 365: For example, you'll be able to try out "what if" scenarios in Excel and update your forecasts right within CRM.
- You'll be more connected to social media: The program will feature a social center where you can monitor social topics and engage directly with social communities.
- You'll be able to work on-the-go: The new CRM will be accessible and easy-to-use across all devices.
- You'll have expanded analytics capabilities: PowerBI Connectors for Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Microsoft Dynamics Marketing will make analyzing data and making decisions easier than ever for sales professionals.
